OK-GRC comes from the field: years of helping SMEs with ISO 27001, the GDPR and NIS2, with spreadsheets, scattered documents and evidence nowhere to be found on audit day.

Our story

ESERENIT is a cybersecurity consulting company founded in Lyon in 2022. Working with companies of all sizes, we saw the same problem everywhere: each standard is handled separately, although most requirements overlap.

So we built OK-GRC — for Governance, Risk and Compliance — around a simple idea: a library of shared controls, linked to every framework, so that each effort counts several times. Then we added an AI assistant that prepares the work without ever deciding for you.
