Billing questions
Are all frameworks really included?
Yes. The 13 frameworks are available in every plan, with no limit on their number and no extra cost. Plans differ by number of users, some modules, AI credits and enterprise options.
Who counts as a billed user?
Members who edit data (owner, administrator, CISO, DPO, quality manager, contributor). Viewers and external auditors are not billed, and neither are the consultants of a partner firm accessing your workspace.
How does the free trial work?
For 14 days you get the Pro features with 200 AI credits. A card is requested at sign-up, but nothing is charged before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
Is there a commitment?
No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at the end of the current period. The annual subscription saves you the equivalent of two months.
Can I change plans or add users?
At any time from the application. Changes are prorated by Stripe, our payment provider.
What happens if I reach my AI credit quota?
The assistant pauses until the next month; the rest of the platform works normally. Contact us if you need a higher quota.
How do we pay?
By card via Stripe. Invoices are available in the application. For the Enterprise plan, a quote and payment by invoice are possible.
What if we stop?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, it is kept for a limited period so you can retrieve it, then deleted.
